Welcome to my home on the web.

I have had the privilege of enjoying a versatile career that has allowed me to pursue many different things. I have been a writer, an editor, a corporate communications practitioner, a television producer, a researcher, a scriptwriter, a radio host, a master of ceremonies, a podcast producer, a digital content manager and so much more. I love communication. I love making media. I love curating information for audiences. I love making a positive impact on my fellow man.

I believe life is short, and I seize every opportunity to have an extraordinary experience. I have wrangled a helicopter for the late Archbishop Desmond Tutu, modelled on television, explained how a mini laptop works to one of the Beach Boys and sung in a nightclub at 2am with a former Miss World. I have interviewed some amazing people, travelled to breath-taking locations, created content I am really proud of and made some lifelong friends along the way.

I was born in a little town called Crewe in Cheshire, England to Zambian parents. I have vivid memories from a short stint in Maseru, Lesotho, and I have spent most of my life in Cape Town, South Africa. When people ask me where I am from, I tell them I am a citizen of the world.

I am currently based in Cape Town, South Africa. I work as a communications manager in the financial services industry. I am the joint head of the Cape Town Press Club and a regular contributor to Book Choice on Fine Music Radio
